Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to website design, development and related digital services provided by AAYUSH GUPTA, operating as WebCraft Studio.

Scope and quotations

The final scope, deliverables, timeline and price will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Requests outside the confirmed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work begins after the stated advance payment. Remaining milestone or final payments are due as stated in the accepted quotation. Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, premium software and paid assets are separate unless expressly included.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate business information, text, images, access credentials and approvals needed for the project. The client confirms that supplied materials may legally be used.

Revisions and timelines

Included revisions will be stated in the quotation. Delayed content or approvals may extend the delivery date. Additional revisions may be billed separately after notice.

Ownership

After full payment, the client receives ownership of the final custom deliverables specified in the quotation. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and platform components remain subject to their own licences.

Service limitations

We aim to provide reliable work but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party hosting, gateways, plugins or platforms. We are not responsible for indirect loss or events outside our reasonable control.
